A lot may include the following
Documents vary by lot. The list below is what a lot may include, not a guarantee that every document applies to every lot.

Certificate of analysis or laboratory report
For example pesticide and mycotoxin analysis, including aflatoxins.

Certificate of origin
Origin region and crop year.

Customs status
EU clearance and free-circulation status where supported by lot documents.

Allergen statement
Declared (tree nut).

Further documents where tested
For example microbiology, on request.
For the current pistachio lot, an independent pesticide and mycotoxin analysis, including aflatoxins, is available on request.
