Who we are
This website is operated by Kernlane Ingredients, a trade name of ARIADEL, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 98690558). Full registered details are available via the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK). What we collect
When you use our contact or quote-request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, company, company website, delivery country, the product and grade you are interested in, estimated volume, your message, and any phone number you give. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include. Our website host may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or sample, and correspond with you about it. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any ongoing relationship, and after that only as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. Enquiries with no follow-up are deleted after 24 months.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and our email provider, and only as far as they need it to provide that service. They act on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
If a provider we use stores data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict it, or stop using it. You can also ask to receive it in a portable form. To do any of these, email info@kernlane.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will show clear information and ask for your consent first through a cookie banner, and update this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
